2+ years Search Engine Optimization/Marketing experience
Experience in developing and managing online marketing campaigns
Bachelors degree in related field
Ability to organize a multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
Exemplary communication and language skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills; works well with partners and third-party providers
Strong user experience and interface development skills
High skill level in data-driven analysis and strategy
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
Strong technical background, with an ability to balance the many technological and marketing issues in the online retail space
Responsibilities

Experience working with top tier Clients
Develop and manage SEM annual plan and budget for a large portfolio business.
Develop and drive the SEM strategy for the company in order to meet or exceed financial objectives.
Organized and capable of directing multiple projects
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and implement internet marketing campaigns and programs, with a strong focus on paid search campaigns.
Develop, actively test, and analyze keywords, titles, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and hit targets.
Conduct keyword discovery and generation using online tools, competitive research and analysis for keywords expands and campaign build-outs.
Oversee the execution of and measure the success of online marketing efforts, specifically in regards to paid search campaigns and internet display advertising campaigns.
Develop creative briefs, directing new creative generation with Creative staff, and executes and implements trafficking campaign creative to media companies.
Continually evaluate and improve effectiveness of online campaigns and partnerships.
Influence conversion through messaging, promotion, and landing page optimization; maintain consistent branding across all online marketing activities.
